Abstract

【課題】光学装置を小型化及び低コスト化可能な光導波路を提供すること、良品を高能率に製造可能な光導波路の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】クラッドフィルム10と、クラッドフィルム10と一体に形成されたコア20とをもって光導波路1Aを構成する。コア20は、クラッドフィルム10の片面に形成された導光部21と、クラッドフィルム10に開設された貫通孔11,12内に形成された入光部22及び出光部23とからなり、導光部21と入光部22との接続部分、及び導光部21と出光部23との接続部分にはミラー面24,25を形成する。製造時には、金型30の凹溝形成面にクラッドフィルム10を密着し、クラッドフィルム10に開設された貫通孔12から凹溝34内に紫外線硬化性樹脂を加圧注入する。
