Abstract

【課題】光学装置を小型化及び低コスト化可能な光導波路を提供すること、良品を高能率に製造可能な光導波路の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】クラッドフィルム１０と、クラッドフィルム１０と一体に形成されたコア２０とをもって光導波路１Ａを構成する。コア２０は、クラッドフィルム１０の片面に形成された導光部２１と、クラッドフィルム１０に開設された貫通孔１１，１２内に形成された入光部２２及び出光部２３とからなり、導光部２１と入光部２２との接続部分、及び導光部２１と出光部２３との接続部分にはミラー面２４，２５を形成する。製造時には、金型３０の凹溝形成面にクラッドフィルム１０を密着し、クラッドフィルム１０に開設された貫通孔１２から凹溝３４内に紫外線硬化性樹脂を加圧注入する。
