Abstract

 本発明の課題は、胸腔鏡又は腹腔鏡手術下において、血流音を聞くことで組織内の血管を位置を把握することができる手術器具を提供することにある。  筒状部材の一方端部を体内に導入し、筒状部材の第1開口を塞ぐように組織に接触させることで、筒状部材の一方先端が接触した組織及び組織内の音が筒状部材の第1開口に備えられる先鋭部にマイクロホンを備えたコーン部材によって集音される。集音された音を術者が聞くことで、胸腔鏡又は腹腔鏡手術下において、触覚の代わりに聴覚を使用することができる。すなわち、組織内の血管の位置を把握する場合、筒状部材の一方先端を組織に接触させることで、接触した部分の近傍に血管があれば、組織内にある血管の血流音が集音される。集音された血流音を聴診することで、術者は血管の位置を把握することができる。すなわち、脂肪に埋まっている血管であっても位置を正確に把握することができる。
