Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de production d'effluent d'hydrocarbures à base d'huile lourde à partir d'au moins un puits, l'installation comprenant : un système (9, 11-16) d'injection en fond du puits de fluide d'allégement d'effluent; une pompe (20) d'évacuation d'effluent; une pluralité de capteurs (21-26, 30) de mesure de grandeurs physiques relatives à l'installation; un automate (10) adapté à optimiser le débit d'injection de fluide d'allégement et à réguler la vitesse de la pompe (20) en fonction des grandeurs physiques et d'une valeur cible de production prédéterminée, la vitesse de la pompe et les grandeurs physiques étant chacune comprises dans une plage de valeurs déterminées. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'hydrocarbures dans, une installation selon l'invention. L'invention permet d'assurer une consommation minimum de fluide d'allégement, tout en assurant un bon fonctionnement de la pompe et une bonne productivité du puits.
