Abstract

　体液吸収性能を低下させることなく、排泄物の横漏れを防止するとともに、着用者の身体への適度なフィット性を有する使い捨ておむつを提供する。 　使い捨ておむつ１０が、前後ウエスト域１３，１４において、ウエスト開口縁１６ａの近傍に位置する上側伸縮域１８と、吸液性構造体１２の側縁１１２の外側に位置する下側伸縮域２０Ａ，２０Ｂと、上側伸縮域１８と下側伸縮域２０Ａ，２０Ｂとの間において、吸液性構造体１２の端縁部１２ａ，１２ｂの縦方向外方に位置する中間伸縮域１９とを有し、前後ウエスト域１３，１４のうちの少なくとも前ウエスト域１３において、下側伸縮域２０Ａ，２０Ｂ間であって、吸液性コアの中央域に対向する位置に非伸縮域３０が形成されており、中間伸縮域１９の伸長応力が、上側伸縮域１８の伸長応力よりも小さくなっている。
