Abstract

A panel heater with enhanced safety means adaptable as room heaters disposable on walls (A) or floor, comprising: - A flat panel heater (B) comprising filled oil using electrical energy alternatively a heating panel where heated wire is covered with Electrical insulating material is accommodated inside a flat covering panels which is supplied with electrical energy from conventional source and is mounted on wall (A) or floor mounting - when provided with at least one protrusion (D) on top of the panel or alternatively one at the top and other at bottom so that when covered by a cloth (C) or felt creates air gap and reduces the temperatures attained on panel surface and the covered cloth significantly, thereby enhancing safety levels to prevent fire hazard.
