Abstract

L'invention concerne un tendeur de chaîne (1) produit à un coût de production faible. Un piston (3) est introduit de façon axiale et coulissante dans un cylindre tubulaire à fond fermé (2) ayant une extrémité ouverte. Le piston (3) a une forme tubulaire à fond fermé ouverte au niveau de son extrémité d'introduction en vue d'une introduction dans le cylindre (2). Un filetage femelle (10) est disposé sur la périphérie interne du piston (3). Une tige filetée (12) ayant, sur sa périphérie externe, un filetage mâle (11) correspondant au filetage femelle (10) est disposée dans le cylindre (2). Un ressort de rappel (15), monté entre le piston (3) et la tige filetée (12), pousse le piston (3) dans la direction dans laquelle le piston (3) se projette à partir du cylindre (2) pour appuyer sur une chaîne. Le piston (3) est construit à partir d'un corps de piston (8) et d'un écrou fendu en deux parties (9). Le corps de piston (8) a une forme tubulaire à fond fermé ouverte au niveau de son extrémité d'introduction en vue d'une introduction dans le cylindre (2), et l'écrou fendu en deux parties (9) est adapté dans le corps de piston (8).
