　細胞間質液の採取などのために、生体表面にレーザ光を照射して微小開口を形成するための装置において、単一のレーザ光源からのレーザ光を複数箇所に照射するにあたって、微小開口間の間隔を適度に保ち、一定量の採取を行えるようにする。
