Abstract

　直交する開閉軸及び回動軸を有する２軸ヒンジ機構を備え、筐体の薄型化が可能な携帯電子機器を提供することを目的とする。 　携帯電話機１は、略平板形状の第１筐体と、第１筐体に対してヒンジ部２０を介して接続される第２筐体とを備える。ヒンジ部２０は、第２筐体２に対して第１筐体を開状態と閉状態とに遷移する第１回転軸と、第１回転軸に直交する軸にて第１筐体を第２筐体に対して回転する第２回転軸とを含んで構成される。ヒンジ部２０には、第１回転軸を軸として回転するように第２筐体が固定されており、第２回転軸の軸方向に直交し、第２回転軸を軸として回転する固定部２１ａが設けられる。固定部２１ａは、第１筐体３を構成する部品に対して第１筐体の厚み方向に対して直交する方向へのネジ２８にて共締めされることにより、第２回転軸を軸として回転可能に第１筐体とヒンジ部２０とが固定されている。
