Abstract

 電力配分を適切に行うことができる燃料電池システムを提供する。  燃料ガスと酸化ガスとの電気化学反応によって発電する燃料電池40と、電力供給を受けて駆動可能かつ回生電力を発生可能なモータ61と、燃料電池40の発電電力およびモータ61の回生電力を充電可能かつ充電電力をモータ61に放電可能な蓄電部20と、少なくとも燃料電池40の運転に使用される補機50と、これらの電力配分を制御する制御部10とを備えた燃料電池システム100であって、制御部10は、通常運転時は、発電要求電力に基づく発電指令値を用いて電力配分を決定する一方、燃料電池40の電圧が当該燃料電池40の開放電圧よりも低い所定の高電位回避電圧閾値以上になることを抑制する高電位化回避制御中は、発電指令値に変えて燃料電池40の発電実測値を用いて電力配分を決定する。
