Abstract

 分析具の反応用のセル34Aの試料BLと試薬40との反応部分に光を照射してこの部分の光学的特性を示すデータD0を取得するステップを有する試料の分析方法であって、試薬40が設けられていないセル34Bに試料BLが供給された状態で光を照射してこの部分の光学的特性を示す参照データD1を取得するステップと、前記分析具のうち、セル34Bが形成されている部分と比較してセルの有無以外についてはその断面構造が略同一とされた基準部34Cに光を照射してこの部分の光学的特性を示す参照データD2を取得するステップと、参照データD1,D2に基づいて、試薬40と反応する前の試料BLの光学的特性を示すデータD3を求めるステップと、をさらに有する。
