Abstract

【課題】 バリが全く発生しない鋳造金型装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 摺動中子6を中心に移動せしめた状態で、固定型1と可動型2を型締めすると、摺動中子6の凸部7の背面が額縁部3に設けたストッパ部4に当接し、鋳造時の摺動中子6に作用する圧力をストッパ部4が受ける。ここで、ストッパ部4は固定型の周囲に一体的に形成した額縁部3の一部に設けられているので、鋳造圧力によってストッパ部4が後退したり変形することがなく、その結果摺動中子6も動かず、バリが発生することがない。
