Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Behälter mit Deckel, wobei der Behälter einen oberen Randbereich und eine Behälterwandung und der Deckel einen umlaufenden äußeren Rand aufweist, der den Randbereich des Behälters außenseitig umgreift und der mit einem Originalitätsverschluss versehen ist, nach dessen zumindest teilweiser Entfernung oder Lageveränderung der Deckel von dem Behälter lösbar ist. In einer Weiterbildung weist der umlaufende Deckelrand eine angeformte, sich nach unten erstreckende und gegenüber dem Deckel verschwenkbare Lasche auf, durch deren Betätigung der Deckel zumindest teilweise von dem Behälter lösbar ist und die den Deckelrand zumindest teilweise durchsetzt, so dass zumindest ein Teilbereich des Deckelrandes seitlich benachbart der Lasche angeordnet ist, wobei die Lasche derart ausgebildet ist, dass diese aus ihrer den Deckelrand durchsetzenden Schließstellung in eine Öffnungsstellung überführbar ist, und wobei die Lasche mit mindestens einer Originalitätsanbindung mit einem benachbarten Bereich des Deckelrandes verbunden ist, welche bei Verschwenken der Lasche in Richtung auf deren Öffnungsstellung zerstört wird. Der umlaufende Deckelrand kann als Abreißrand ausgebildet sein.
