Abstract

　処理しようとする対象物を熱処理した際に発生する排気ガス中の可燃分を燃焼させて脱臭を行う燃焼炉での燃焼熱を有効に利用する。過熱蒸気をキルン炉１２内に吹き込むことにより処理対象物を乾燥または熱分解する熱処理装置１において、キルン炉１２から排出される排気ガスを導入し、この排気ガス中の可燃分を燃焼させて脱臭を行う燃焼炉１５を、キルン炉１２の外周面に備えることを特徴とする。これにより、キルン炉１２から排出される排気ガス中の可燃分を、キルン炉１２の外周面で燃焼させて脱臭を行い、この燃焼熱によりキルン炉１２の予熱を外周面から行う。
