Abstract

　ダブルデッキエレベータの避難支援システムは、複数の階床を含む建物に火災が発生したときに、建物内に残された在館者を避難階へ避難させる。また、避難支援システムは、救出階設定手段を有する避難支援装置と、上下に連結された上かご及び下かごを含む連結かごを有するダブルデッキエレベータとを備えている。救出階設定手段は、各階床のうち、互いに隣接しかつ所定の条件を満たす２つの階床を救出候補階とし、火災が発生した階床に基づいて、救出候補階の少なくともいずれかを救出階として設定する。ダブルデッキエレベータは、避難支援装置からの指令に基づいて、救出階と避難階との間で連結かごを往復移動させる避難運転を行う。また、ダブルデッキエレベータは、避難運転時に、上かご及び下かごの少なくともいずれかを救出階に対して乗降可能に停止させ、上かご及び下かごのうち、救出階に対して乗降可能に停止させたかごを避難階に乗降可能に停止させる。
