Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Metallpulvermischung und besonders vorteilhafte Verwendungen einer solchen Metallpulvermischung. Es ist üblich solche Metallpulvermischungen aus Metall-Metalllegierungspulvern einzusetzen, um Werkstoffe mit einer bestimmten Legierungszusammensetzung herstellen zu können. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Metallpulvermischung zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit der kostengünstig im Anschluss an eine Wärmebehandlung ein aus einer Metalllegierung gebildeter Werkstoff erhalten werden kann, indem die einzelnen legierungs- oder metallbildenden Bestandteile (Legierungs- und Elementpulver) homogener verteilt sind. In einem zweiten Aspekt soll die für die Herstellung des Werkstoffs bei der Wärmebehandlung erforderliche maximale Temperatur reduziert werden können. Die Metallpulvermischung ist mit mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Pulverfraktionen gebildet. In der ersten Pulverfraktion ist erstes Metall enthalten, bei dem in Verbindung mit den weiteren enthaltenen Legierungsbestandteilen der ersten Pulverfraktion der Beginn einer Phasenumwandlung bei einer Temperatur erfolgt, die mindestens 200 K niedriger ist, als der Beginn des Schmelzens eines aus der Metallpulvermischung durch eine Wärmebehandlung zu bildenden Werkstoffs ist. Die erste Pulverfraktion weist eine mittlere Partikelgröße kleiner 45 μm auf. Eine zweite Pulverfraktion ist mit einem zweiten Metall gebildet und weist eine mittlere Partikelgröße kleiner als 10 μm auf.
