Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Heizvorrichtung mit einer Heizanordnung in einem in einer Längsrichtung von einem fluiden Medium durchströmbares Gehäuse, wobei die mindestens eine Heizanordnung mindestens zwei Gitterelemente als Wärmetauscher-Platten mit Öffnungen umfasst, durch welche das Medium strömt, deren Gitterebenen zum Austausch von Wärmeenergie zwischen Platte und dem fluiden Medium ausgebildet sind, mindestens ein Heizelement, insbesondere ein PTC-Element, das zwischen den Gitterelementen angeordnet ist, wobei die mindestens eine Heizanordnung derart in dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, dass die Gitterebenen der Gitterelemente im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung angeordnet sind, so dass der Mediumstrom im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Gitterebenen ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Gitterelemente und das mindestens eine Heizelement mittels mindestens eines Spannelements zu deren Berührung gegeneinander verspannt angeordnet sind, und wobei die Gitterelemente jeweils mindestens einen Kontaktbereich aufweisen und derart angeordnet sind, dass sie die Wärmeenergie von dem mindestens einen Heizelement im Wesentlichen über den Kontaktbereich aufnehmen. Die Heizvorrichtung ist bei vereinfachter Fertigung mit geringen Kosten herzustellen, wobei Umweltaspekte auch während des Betriebs der Heizvorrichtung Berücksichtigung finden.
