Abstract

 薄肉形状を有するような型内発泡成形体を得ようとする際でも、幅広い成形条件で良好な表面性と、寸法性を容易に達成しうる型内発泡成形用ポリオレフィン系樹脂予備発泡粒子の製造方法を提供すること。メルトインデックスが3g/10min以上20g/10min以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂を基材樹脂とする、発泡倍率が10倍以上40倍以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂予備発泡粒子であって、示差走査熱量計法による測定において、2つの融点を有し、高温側融点が150°C以上かつ低温側融点が138°C未満であることを特徴とするポリプロピレン系樹脂予備発泡粒子。
