【課題】コンテンツ取得装置、プログラム、コンテンツ取得方法、およびコンテンツ取得システムを提供すること。 【解決手段】コンテンツ取得装置であって、第１のコンテンツデータを分割して得られ、各々が１または２以上のコンテンツ記憶装置のいずれかに記憶されている分割データ、の数を示す分割数情報と、前記第１のコンテンツデータに応じたデータ情報と、を含む第１のコンテンツ情報を受信する受信部と、前記分割数情報と前記データ情報とに基づき、前記分割データの各々を示す分割データ指定情報を前記分割データごとに生成する生成部と、前記分割データ指定情報に従って前記１または２以上のコンテンツ記憶装置から前記分割データを取得する取得部と、を備える。
