Abstract

 熱変形および強度低下の恐れを抑制し、形状の自由度を確保し、圧縮機の圧縮性能を向上できる静翼環セグメントの組立方法等を提供することを目的とする。さらに、溶接時に溝や凹部から溶接対象物が浮き上がるのを防ぎ、溶接を良好に行うことのできる溶接を提供することを目的とする。  各セグメント分割体41に形成された溝50の幅が外周側から底部50aに向けて漸次小さくなるよう、両側の側壁部50bを底部50aに対して傾斜して形成し、結合部材42を、その幅が、厚さ方向中間部の凸部42bで最大になるような断面形状として、結合部材42を溝50に収容したときに、両側の凸部42bが溝50の側壁部50bに当接あるいは近接し、溝50の底部50a側に空間100が形成され、溝50の底部50aから離れる側に断面略V字状の開先部200が形成されるようにした。
