Abstract

　共培養による初代肝細胞のスフェロイド化技術に培養細胞の凍結技術を適用し、初代肝細胞のスフェロイド化技術を適用した検査、試験の作用性を向上させることができる細胞凍結物固定化基材、初代肝細胞培養ツール並びに初代肝細胞培養ツールの製造方法を提供する。パターン状に細胞接着領域を規定するパターン培養基材上に動物由来の接着性細胞を培養し、これを凍結用培地と共に冷凍する。
