Abstract

セミの在庫負担を緩和する累進屈折力レンズの製造方法を提供する。 凸面側に累進面を配置し、凸面と凹面とを組み合わせることにより眼鏡装用者の処方値を満足するように設計された累進屈折力レンズの製造方法において、レンズの凹面側を、所定の区分表に基づいた凹面セミ群として予め用意しておき、受注により選択する最適な凹面セミの乱視成分と、処方値の乱視成分との過不足を、凸面側に乱視成分を加算することにより、処方値を満足する凸面側の累進面を設計し、フリーフォーム加工により仕上げる。
