Abstract
大きな背圧を受ける背圧対応型バルブにおいて、アクチュエータの大型化を抑制または防止するとともにバルブ機能を維持するため、背圧の影響を最小限に抑える。背圧対応型バルブ(1A)は、弁室(2)内を上下動して流体流路(3)を開閉するプラグ型の弁体(10A)と、弁体(10A)を全閉位置または全開位置のいずれか一方に保持する付勢手段と、付勢手段より大きな操作力で弁体(10A)を開閉させる開閉操作機構と、弁体(10A)の軸部(12)に連結されるとともに弁体(10A)の全閉位置で流体から背圧を受けるダイヤフラム(8)とを備えており、弁体(10A)の径は、軸部(12)に連なるダイヤフラム(8)側の根元部が弁座(7)側の先端部(11)より小さく設定されている。
