Abstract

L'invention propose des particules fines qui présentent une migration à pourcentage élevé vers les poumons et sont faites seulement de (4R)-4-{[((1R)-2-[(1-benzylpipéridin-4-yl)amino]-1-{[(cyclohexylméthyl) thio]méthyl}-2-oxoéthyl)amino]carbonyl}-1,3-thiazolidine-3-carboxylate de tert-butyle ou d'un sel de celui-ci. L'invention propose également un procédé de fabrication des particules fines et une préparation médicinale comportant les particules pour une inhalation pulmonaire. Les particules fines, qui ont une migration en pourcentage donnée vers les poumons, sont obtenues par les opérations consistant à pulvériser une solution de ce composé ou d'un sel de celui-ci conjointement avec un dioxyde de carbone supercritique dans un récipient sous pression ayant une pression et une température données pour préparer une solution de mélange, à pulvériser encore la solution de mélange dans l'eau et à récupérer le composé ou le sel à partir de la suspension résultante par lyophilisation, etc.
