Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a heating device for gas in which entrainment of liquid into overheated gas being discharged is prevented. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The heating device for gas having a boiling point above the atmospheric temperature in use environment comprises a first tubular body (20), an introduction pipeline (10) for introducing gas to be heated into the first tubular body from one end thereof, a second tubular body (50) inserted into the first tubular body and communicating with the first tubular body at the end on the side opposite to the introduction pipeline side, a third tubular body (70) inserted into the second tubular body and communicating with the second tubular body at the end on the side opposite to the communicating side of the first and second tubular bodies, a discharging pipeline for discharging heated gas from the third tubular body, and a heating means (60) provided in the gas channel from the introduction pipeline to the discharge pipeline and heating the gas to be heated, wherein a retention portion (80) for keeping liquid produced through condensation of the gas to be heated is provided at a part of the first tubular body.
