Abstract

A pressure storage device (71) including a pressure storage container (70) is structured so that at least either liquid such as water or impurities are appropriately discharged from the pressure storage container (70). A discharge opening (70m) is formed in the lower part of the pressure storage container (70) of the pressure receiving device (71). Since the discharge hole is formed in the lower part of the pressure storage container (70), liquid such as water in the pressure storage container (70) collects on the discharge opening side. Consequently, when gas in the pressure storage container (70) is discharged from the inside thereof, the liquid and impurities can be discharged from the pressure accumulation container (70) along with the discharge of the gas.
