Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une électrode pour un condensateur électrique double couche qui peut fournir un condensateur approprié pour une charge et une décharge à puissance et vitesse élevées grâce à sa résistance interne suffisamment réduite. L'électrode pour un condensateur électrique double couche se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend un stratifié d'une couche de matériau actif et un collecteur de courant, la couche de matériau actif ayant été formée par le moulage d'un matériau d'électrode contenant des particules granulées contenant un matériau d'électrode actif, une aide électroconductrice et un liant, et le matériau d'électrode contenant en outre une aide électroconductrice fibreuse sur l'extérieur des particules granulées. L'électrode pour un condensateur électrique double couche peut être produite par un processus comprenant les étapes consistant à granuler un matériau d'électrode actif, une aide électroconductrice et un liant afin d'obtenir des particules granulées, à recouvrir au moins une partie des surfaces des particules granulées d'une aide électroconductrice fibreuse afin d'obtenir des particules composites, à soumettre un matériau d'électrode contenant les particules composites à un moulage sec pour former une couche de matériau actif, et à empiler la couche de matériau actif et le collecteur de courant.
