Abstract

L'invention porte sur des systèmes et procédés qui permettent de diagnostiquer et traiter divers états cérébraux et/ou de modifier une fonction ou aptitude cognitive et/ou comportementale et/ou affective chez un individu. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à: (i) identifier au moins une région cérébrale associée à l'état cérébral; (ii) stimuler la région cérébrale en utilisant au moins un stimulus électrique, magnétique, électromagnétique et photoélectrique; (iii) facultativement, stimuler au moins un trait cognitif associé à la région cérébrale; et (iv) facultativement, soumettre la région cérébrale à un traitement comprenant une thérapie de remplacement cellulaire et/ou une thérapie de régénération cellulaire et/ou une croissance cellulaire.
