Abstract

La présente invention concerne un stratifié flexible de haute résistance aux piqûres et perforations, tel qu'un gant (1) ou une enveloppe de pneumatique, qui comprend au moins une couche interne métallique formant barrière à ces piqûres et perforations. Un stratifié selon l'invention comprend au moins une couche interne métallique formant barrière aux piqûres et perforations, la ou chaque couche présentant une épaisseur inférieure à 50 μm et comportant au moins une feuille métallique (2) de structure continue qui présente une largeur supérieure à 10 mm et/ou une longueur supérieure à 50 mm, et qui présente à la fois les propriétés suivantes, mesurées à 20° C : (i) une limite d'élasticité Rpo,2 (à 0,2 % d'allongement relatif) égale ou supérieure à 1200 MPa, (ii) un module d'Young inférieur ou égal à 210 GPa, et (iii) une résistance à la rupture supérieure à 1200 MPa.
