Abstract

The invention relates to a device for cooling an energy accumulator (1) in a rail vehicle. According to the invention, the energy accumulator (1) has a direct thermal connection to an evaporator (2) and the evaporator (2) and a condenser (5) form part of a circuit of a refrigerator.
