Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé par lequel une protéine membranaire est exprimée sur une membrane cellulaire sans affecter l'emplacement ou la fonction de celle-ci, et est ainsi détectée de manière commode et rapide. Entre une paire de peptides d'hélice α formant un dimère à superhélice, le peptide à hélice négatif est fusionné avec une protéine membranaire cible pour donner un marqueur. D'autre part, l'autre peptide (à savoir, le peptide à hélice positive) constituant la paire de peptides d'hélice α formant le dimère à superhélice est lié à un colorant fluorescent pour donner une sonde. Ainsi, la protéine membranaire cible est liée de façon spécifique au colorant fluorescent, de telle sorte que la protéine membranaire est détectée de manière commode et rapide.
