Abstract

L'invention concerne une préparation contenant du bofutsushosan qui possède un goût amélioré lors de sa prise par masquage d'un parfum caractéristique tel que l'amertume ou l'odeur de médecine chinoise spécifique du bofutsushosan. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé permettant d'améliorer le parfum ou le goût lors de la prise permettant de masquer l'amertume ou l'odeur de médecine chinoise spécifique du bofutsushosan. On l'obtient par l'utilisation de bofutsushosan et d'un acide organique, en particulier de l'acide citrique ou d'un sel de celui-ci en combinaison, ou par l'utilisation de bofutsushosan et d'un acide organique ou d'un sel de celui-ci et de capsicine ou d'une substance contenant de la capsicine en combinaison.
