　式： （式中、環Ｘはベンゼンまたはピリジンを示し、Ｒ１は置換アルキルを示し、Ｒ２は置換されていてもよいアリールまたは置換されていてもよい複素環式基を示し、Ｒ３は水素またはアルキルを示し、Ｒ４は水素、ハロゲンまたはアルキルを示し、Ｒ５は水素またはアルキルを示し、Ｒ６およびＲ７は、同一または異なって、それぞれ水素またはハロゲンを示す。） で表される化合物またはその製薬上許容しうる塩は、心房細動等の心不整脈の予防または治療に有用なＩＫｕｒ遮断薬として有用である。
