Abstract

L'invention porte sur une feuille stratifiée en fibres (10) comprenant au moins deux couches comprenant un papier de base de couche supérieure (1) et une couche de fibres sous-jacente (4). Le papier de base de couche supérieure (1) est un papier en fibres synthétiques contenant des fibres de polyester discontinues et des fibres de liant polyester discontinues, obtenu par un procédé par voie humide. Les fibres constitutives du papier de base, bien qu'elles soient collées ensemble par les fibres de liant discontinues sont partiellement désintégrées par un croisement mutuel de courant d'eau. La couche de fibres sous-jacente (4) est une feuille de fibres, réalisée en au moins un élément choisi parmi un tissu non tissé, une bande de tissu non tissé et un film tricoté et tissé. Le papier de base de couche supérieure (1) et la couche de fibres sous-jacente (4) sont laminés ensemble, de telle sorte que les fibres constitutives des deux couches se croisent mutuellement, pour obtenir de cette façon une intégration de celles-ci. Par conséquent, lorsqu'une imprégnation avec un polymère élastique n'est pas effectuée, on peut obtenir une nouvelle feuille stratifiée en fibres ayant une texture souple présentant une perméabilité à l'air. Par ailleurs, lorsque l'imprégnation est effectuée, on peut obtenir un cuir artificiel ayant une texture très proche de celle du cuir naturel.
