Abstract

 バーナ60から噴出する燃料の燃焼で形成される火炎、火炉内の温度分布を制御するに好適な固体燃料バーナ60、固体燃料バーナ60を用いた燃焼装置とその運転方法であって、燃料ノズル10内に複数の気体噴出ノズル81、82とその下流に絞り部(障害物)19を設け、一部の気体噴出ノズル81から相対的により多くの気体を噴出することで、燃料濃度に周方向の分布をもたせる。さらに下流側に絞り部(障害物)19を有することで、燃料濃度偏差が拡大する。周方向に燃料濃度偏差をもたせることで、火炎の形成位置を変更することが可能となる。このため、気体噴出ノズル81、82を流れる気体流量の調整により、火炉出口での燃焼ガス温度、火炉壁面に設置した伝熱管の温度、前記伝熱管を流れる流体の温度、または火炉内やその下流側の煙道部に設けた伝熱管の温度や前記伝熱管を流れる流体の温度を一定に制御可能となる。
