Abstract

　本発明は新規な微小管破壊剤を提供すること。また、当該微小管破壊剤の用途を提供すること。α，β不飽和カルボニル化合物を有効成分とする微小管破壊剤が提供される。また、当該微小管破壊剤を含有する癌細胞増殖抑制剤が提供される。α，β不飽和カルボニル化合物として好ましくは６－ショウガオールが用いられる。
