Abstract

 ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子の特徴である圧縮物性、耐熱性などの優れた性質を損なうことなく、低い加熱温度での型内成形にて同等の性質を有するポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子成形体を得ることができる優れたポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子を提供することを目的とする。  本発明は、樹脂融点が115~135°C、且つオルゼン曲げ弾性率が500MPa以上のポリプロピレン系樹脂からなるポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子であって、該発泡粒子の表面のアッシュの量が3000重量ppm以下(0も含む)であり、該発泡粒子は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子1~3mgを示差走査熱量測定装置によって10°C/分の昇温速度で、常温から200°Cまで昇温したときに得られる第1回目のDSC曲線において、樹脂融点以下の温度領域に頂点温度を有する1以上の吸熱ピークPaが現れると共に、樹脂融点を超え、且つ130°C以上の温度領域に頂点温度を有する1以上の吸熱ピークPbが現れ、吸熱ピークPbの総熱量が2~12J/gであるポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子、および該発泡粒子を成形してなる発泡粒子成形体に関する。
