Abstract

A bus bar electrode (13a) and a plurality of finger electrodes (13b) extended from the bus bar electrode (13a) are arranged on a first main face of a semiconductor substrate (10). The bus bar electrode (13a) includes a first connecting part (51) for connecting it to an interconnector (31), and a detouring part (43) which is connected to the first connecting part (51) and whose partial part is not connected to the interconnector (31). Width of the detouring part (43) becomes partially wide in a connection part of the detouring part (43) and the finger electrode (13b) in a solar cell. Thus, a manufacturing method of the solar cell, a solar cell string and a solar cell module are provided.
