Abstract

 内視鏡の湾曲管(52)は、内視鏡(10)の挿入部(12)の軸方向に沿って、湾曲駒(62)を順次屈曲自在に連結して構成される。前記湾曲駒は、その基部(64)の一側(64a)と他側(64b)との間に、前記湾曲駒の軸方向に対して交差する方向に設けられ操作ワイヤ(50)の一部を前記湾曲駒の外側から内側に配設可能なスリット(82a,82b,86a,86b)と、前記スリットに隣接する位置に設けられ、前記湾曲駒の外周面に対してその内側に凹まされた凹部(84)とを備えている。
