Abstract

　本発明のリモートファイルシステム（ＲＦＳ）において、クライアント１（Ｃ1）の管理部（１４）は、アプリケーション実行部ａ（１０ａ）、・・・、アプリケーション実行部ｘ（１０ｘ）からのデータ書き込み要求を未処理リスト（１５ａ）に記録する。また、サーバ１（Ｓ1）、・・・、サーバｎ（Ｓn）のうちマスタのデータ書き込みサーバであるサーバ１（Ｓ1）の書き戻し部（１０３）からのデータ書き込み完了通知を受け取ると、管理テーブルにおいて記憶装置（Ｄ）の記憶媒体への書き込みが完了したデータの更新フラグをオンにする。また、マスタのデータ書き込みサーバが障害により稼動停止した場合に、定義ファイルに記述される定義に従って、次に優先度の高いサーバをマスタのデータ書き込みサーバとしてこのサーバにデータ書き込み要求を送信する。
