Abstract
Les systèmes et procédés de la présente invention comprennent, entre autres, des systèmes pouvant être employés sur de longues durées dans des environnements océaniques, de subsurface et atmosphériques. Les systèmes comprennent typiquement des spectromètres de masse pour analyser des gaz de faible masse moléculaire dissous dans l'eau et des produits chimiques volatils dans l'air et l'eau et ils peuvent se déplacer dans les océans, la subsurface et un environnement atmosphérique pour prélever des échantillons sur une large zone géographique. En plus, ces dispositifs à spectromètre de masse sont petits et requièrent peu de puissance et ils facilitent de cette manière le développement de dispositifs de recueil d'échantillons qui peuvent être placés en un lieu éloigné et fonctionner sur une très longue durée à partir d'une alimentation électrique embarquée telle qu'une batterie ou une pile à combustible. De tels dispositifs à spectromètre de masse, petits et légers, lorsqu'ils sont associés à des AUV (véhicules sous-marins autonomes) de faible puissance et à d'autres véhicules avec ou sans pilote, peuvent prélever des échantillons sur des distances importantes et sur une très longue durée.
