Abstract

【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による基地局は、基地局を指定する基地局指定情報と、その基地局からの信号の受信状況を表す受信状況情報と、その基地局との間の通信状況の変更を要求する変更要求情報と、を含む第1の報知信号を移動局から受信する通信部と;基地局指定情報により指定されたか否かを判定し、基地局判定ステップで指定されたと判定した場合に、移動局の位置を示す位置情報を取得し、受信状況情報と位置情報とに基づいて、移動局の位置における受信状況を変更するよう基地局パラメータの少なくとも1つを変更する自動エリア制御部と;を備える。
