Abstract
ガスタービンに過剰な負担がかかることを防止しつつ発電要求量の変動に対して追従性が高い蒸気タービンの運転制御装置を提供する。ガスタービン(3)と、ガスタービン(3)の排気ガスから熱回収して蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラ(5)と、排熱回収ボイラ(5)から発生した蒸気を用いて駆動する蒸気タービン(6)とを備える複合発電プラント(1)において、蒸気タービン(6)へ導入される蒸気の量を調節する蒸気加減弁(22)の開度を制御することにより、蒸気タービン(6)の運転を制御する蒸気タービンの運転制御装置(30)であって、ガスタービン(3)の負荷が予め設定されている高負荷領域にあり、かつ、複合発電プラント(1)に対する発電要求量の変化量が予め設定されている所定の閾値よりも大きくなった場合に、蒸気加減弁(22)の開度を小さくし、その後蒸気加減弁(22)の開度を大きくする。
