Abstract

　互いに異なる第１及び第２の電圧レベル期間との間に、電圧が印加されない遷移期間を形成できるような電圧波形を駆動回路部で生成し、当該電圧波形によって圧電素子に印加される電圧を制御する。遷移期間中、圧電素子では電力が消費されないため、消費電力を低減できる。
