【課題】高速回転が可能であるとともに、電圧が低い電源の利用が可能であり、かつ回生もし易くする。 【解決手段】バッテリ１０の出力側に駆動時にバッテリ１０の電圧を昇圧する第１の昇降圧チョッパ部を設けるとともに、第１の昇降圧チョッパ部の出力側に回生時にインバータ部２０からの電圧を昇圧する第２の昇降圧チョッパ部を設け、第２の昇降圧チョッパ部の出力側に１２０度通流形電流形インバータ部２０を設け、インバータ部２０の出力側にモータ３８を設ける。
