Abstract

 本発明により、金属粉末、金属酸化物粉末及び金属水酸化物粉末からなる群からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の原料粉末を火炎中に噴射して球状化し、それを捕集装置で回収する工程を含む球状金属酸化物粉末の製造方法において、上記原料粉末及び捕集装置で回収された球状粉末の少なくとも一方の粉末を含む被処理粉末を、異物除去装置を通過させ、被処理粉末中の異物を450個/50g以下に低減する工程を含むことを特徴とする球状金属酸化物粉末の製造方法を提供する。
