Abstract

【課題】熱媒体液の酸化や熱媒体液の過剰な加熱等による火災が生じることなく、且つ、高圧ボイラー等を使用せずに装置の破壊を発生させることなく安全に使用可能であるとともに、環境への負荷が少なく、熱媒体液として使用可能な物質が限定されずに幅広い物質を使用することができる。 【解決手段】真空雰囲気中で炭化水素系溶剤、親水性溶剤、フッ素系溶剤、塩素系溶剤、フッ素系不活性液体、植物油、又は動物油脂のうち、1種又は複数種を選択的に用いた熱媒体液2を沸点まで加熱し、この沸点加熱により発生した100°C以上の蒸気を用いて熱交換体14を介して加熱目的液3の加熱を行う。
