Abstract

A switchgear with metal enclosure in which a box (1) has contained therein multiple breakers (8a, 8b), a horizontal bus (11) connected to any one contact of the breakers (8a, 8b) via a branch conductor (12), a cable (15) connected to another contact of the breakers (8a, 8b), and a controller. The multiple breakers (8a, 8b) are placed in front of the box (1) in parallel with the earth side by side with each other when viewed in front elevation. Both the horizontal bus (11) and the branch conductor (12) are at the upside back of the breakers (8a, 8b) while the cable (15) is at the downside back of the breakers (8a, 8b).
