Abstract

　バインダー用金具１は、水平なベース板２、ベース板２に立設されたロッド部材３、ロッド部材３の周面の一部に形成された雄ネジ部８、このロッド部材３が摺動自在に挿通する被案内孔とファイル対象物Ｐを押える押圧面１０を有する押圧部材４であって、ファイル対象物Ｐを押圧する際にロッド部材３と被案内孔の案内作用により押圧面１０とロッド部材４とのなす角度を直角に保持して上下方向に平行に移動可能な押圧部材４と、ロッド部材３のネジ部８に螺合され且つ押圧部材４をベース板２の方へ押圧駆動可能な操作用ナット部材５とを有する。
