  • the present invention refers to the field of the packaging machines and in particular it refers to a machine for wrapping a package, in particular for wrapping a plastic film around all the faces of a package made of one or more boxes, containers, objects and packages in general, and placed over a base support for transport and storage of the pallet type.
  • a drawback of said known machines and of the packages obtained thereby consists in that the lower portion of the package, that is the portion made by the lower faces of the boxes in contact with the pallet, is not protected by the film. This may cause damages to the contents for instance in the case of products sensible to the humidity, products which must be guaranteed from any contaminations or for which a carriage or an outer deposit is provided.
  • Another drawback of said known machines consists in that the operator must waste a lot of time for preparing the possible top covering.

  • Said clamping means 10 comprise guiding means and sliding trick and actuator means for translating, for instance of the electric or hydraulic linear actuator type, for the clamping means 6 and for the second rotating platform means 8.
  • the clamping means 10 allowing to clamp the pallet to the package, prevents the falling of the boxes and/or containers of the package during the rotations around horizontal or tilted axes.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine pour emballer un colis constitué d'un ensemble de boîtes, d'objets, de conteneurs et similaires et supporté par une palette. Ladite machine comporte au moins des moyens de base (2) ajustés pour correspondre à une structure fixe ou avec un plancher définissant un plan de base ; des premiers moyens de rotation (3) munis d'une première partie fixée aux moyens de base (2) et d'une seconde partie rotative par rapport à la première et autour d'un premier axe (R1) parallèle au plan de base, ladite seconde partie étant entraînée par des moyens moteurs d'entraînement en rotation respectifs des premiers moyens de rotation (3) ; des moyens de support (5) reliés à la seconde partie des premiers moyens de rotation (3) ; des moyens de préhension (6) pour la palette, disposés sur un plan presque parallèle au premier axe de rotation et reliés aux moyens de support (5) ; des premiers moyens de plate-forme de rotation (7) pour le support ou la rotation du colis autour d'un premier axe d'emballage presque perpendiculaire au plan de base et fixés aux moyens de support (5) perpendiculairement au premier axe de rotation et au plan défini par les moyens de préhension (6) et adjacents à ces derniers ; des seconds moyens de plate-forme de rotation (6) pour le support et la rotation autour d'un second axe d'emballage presque perpendiculaire au plan de base et fixés aux moyens de support (5) parallèles au premier axe de rotation et au plan défini par les moyens de préhension (6) ; des moyens de déroulement (9) pour une toile de film et/ou un ruban servant à emballer le colis.
