Abstract

L'invention concerne un système servant à gérer l'entrée et la sortie d'un véhicule (désigné ci-après 'remorque') consistant en un camion entrant/sortant d'un endroit prédéterminé, à vérifier les matériaux chargés sur la remorque et à diriger/gérer les informations concernant un plan de transport subséquent de la remorque. Ce système comprend: des moyens de radiocommunication servant à acquérir les informations de facturation électronique et les informations du véhicule mémorisées dans la remorque en réponse à l'approche de cette dernière d'une porte d'entrée/sortie, à transmettre les informations acquises de facturation électronique et de véhicule et à créer un canal de communication avec un serveur extérieur de gestion de distribution physique; des moyens d'exécution de contrôle d'entrée/sortie servant à exécuter un contrôle d'entrée de la remorque en réponse à un signal de contrôle associé à la gestion de l'entrée/sortie et à afficher un message prédéterminé et des informations de transport ultérieur associées à la gestion d'entrée/sortie; des moyens d'acquisition d'image servant à capter une surface avant de la remorque en réponse à une signal de contrôle associé à la gestion d'entrée/sortie et à transmettre la surface avant captée de la remorque; des moyens de contrôle d'entrée/sortie servant à recevoir des informations mémorisées précédemment concernant l'entrée/sortie et un plan de transport de matériaux émanant du serveur de gestion de distribution physique, à comparer les informations de facturation électronique et les informations de véhicule émanant des moyens de radiocommunication aux informations reçues concernant l'entrée/sortie et le plan de transport des matériaux et à produire un résultat comparé, ainsi qu'un signal de contrôle associé à la gestion d'entrée/sortie en réponse à l'approche de la remorque. Ce système permet d'améliorer l'efficacité d'un processus de gestion de distribution physique et contrôle complètement la perte et les dégâts occasionnés aux matériaux, de manière à empêcher des pertes sur les revenus d'exploitation.
